Interlock pre-selction unit

The stringent standard of quality and reliability of Terrot machines achieve its culmination with its Jacquard machine series and sets new standards by adjusting the selection technology with the PIEZO - needle selection.

Considering minimal mechanical transmission ratios the needle selection is totally freely controllable in its 3-Way-Technique. The ceramic PIEZO selection elements form the electronic-mechanic interface which reliably implement the knitting information even with extremely fine machine gauge at high speeds.

Highest degree of efficiency combined with best performance

The UCC 572 is a powerful jacquard circular knitting machine for the manufacture
of all standard double-sided fabrics on a jacquard and plain basis in 3-way technique. You can manufacture fabrics such as interlock and interlock piqué, fabrics
in fine rib, Punto di Roma, Milano rib, tuck-stitch structures, relief and jacquard in one colour or several.
With a special feeding device elastic fabrics can also be produced by incorporating elastomers.

Top class fabric quality without any centre crease over the entire fabric surface thanks to sophisticated machine components combined with the highest Terrot quality.

Approved oils will be checked for their suitability by Terrot at regular intervals. The manufacturer of the oil is responsible for a consistently high quality of the oil. Terrot assumes no liability for damage caused by poor quality of oils.
